Chelsey joined the Barry Group in 2022 as a Financial Advisor. She has always been passionate about education and serving others. Chelsey loves taking tough concepts and breaking them down to make them easier ot understand. She graduated from Kansas State University in 2008 with a degree in Elementary Education and a master's degree in 2012 in Administration from Emporia State University.
Chelsey served as an elementary teacher from 2008 - 2015 teaching 1st and 4th grades. In 2016 she transitioned to Assistant Principal for three years and then became head principal in 2019. When the opportunity came along to switch careers, she was excited to still be able to educate and serve others all while having the flexibility to focus on her family and continuing to serve her community. She strives to help give people peace of mind and develop a plan to reach their financial goals.
Chelsey and her husband, Steven, have three children, Kaydee, Jace, and Rosie. In her free time, Chelsey enjoys lifting weights, running, exploring the outdoors, and spending quality time with her family.
